Returning an Unwanted Product
If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging and in resaleable condition.
- Some products—such as those made or cut to order—are non-returnable.
- If an item is returned damaged or not in its original state, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Return shipping to you will be at your expense.
We recommend extra care when returning fragile items, as refunds can only be issued if they’re returned intact and in perfect condition.
How to Request a Return

Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within 30 days of cancellation.
- You are responsible for return delivery costs.
- Our delivery cost is calculated at £10.00 (inc. VAT) for the first 10kg, and £0.60 (inc. VAT) per additional kg.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and as much detail as possible. Please don’t send anything back until we’ve responded—this ensures we can handle your issue quickly and properly.
We’ll either replace the item or refund you in full, including any delivery costs, if damage or loss occurred during transit.
